James Rogers
Exploration Consultant
James is a second generation geology executive and entrepreneur who has been active in the mineral exploration industry since 2007. He has developed projects in North America and Internationally with Montan Mining Corp. (Geologist), Solomon Resources (Exploration Manager), and Longford Exploration Services (President and CEO). James specializes in generating projects through focused area selection from large databases. Results are achieved by employing a number of GIS and 3D software, remote sensing, and the timely execution of field exploration programs.
An entrepreneurial and hands on background in aircraft mechanics, business operation and construction management complement his technical skills offering a multi-faceted hands on approach to project management and problem solving in mineral exploration and development.

Jenna Hardy
MSc, MBA, PGeo, FGC, (Hon) FEC
Jenna is a “wearer of many hats” with over 25 years of broadly based experience in mine operations and exploration as a senior project geologist/project manager for both major and junior resource companies. For the last ten years she has provided strategic consulting services in the resource sector as Principal of Nimbus Management Ltd.
Since 2008, she has focused on rare earths and rare metals as a Project Manager for client, Commerce Resources Corp., at the Blue River Ta-Nb deposit in British Columbia. She also advised client, Zimtu Capital Corp, with respect to property acquisition and project acquisition exploration in the Rocky Mountain Rare Metal Belt and elsewhere in Western North America.
Jenna worked with Michel at Pan American Silver and subsequently on the acquisition of the Aley Niobium Project as well as the newly acquired Obedjiwan Nb-Ta-nepheline Project for which a home is still being sought. She is also Chair of Montan’s Technical Advisory Board.
Michel Robert
BA, BASc (Hons), MASc (Hons)
Michel is a metallurgist and mining engineer with over 40 years of diverse technical experience in the mining industry, both identifying assets for acquisition and then putting those mines back into production In recent years he has focused on identifying and advancing earlier stage mineral properties for eventual sale to public and private companies.
As Senior Vice President for Pan American Silver Corp. from 1995 to 2001, Michel managed operations in Latin America including the expansion of the company into Peru, Mexico, and Bolivia. During this time he was responsible for the identification, purchase and turnaround of the long lived historic operations of Quiruvilca, Huaron and the San Ignacio de Morococha Mines in Peru and the La Colorada Mine in Mexico, as well as for acquisition of the San Vicente Mine in Bolivia. All but Quiruvilca are still running today.
